Gilsonite

Some types of bitumen in nature, due to the gradual conversion of crude oil and evaporation of its volatile matter, have come about over many years. This Bitumen is called Gilsonite or Natural bitumen and its durability is more than oil tar. Gilsonite may exist purely in nature (lake bitumen), or extracted from mines (mineral tar). Gilsonite is applying for road construction and making asphalt. Gilsonite also uses in making paints, insulation and drilling as one of fluid lost control agent. Iran Chemical Mine, supplying Mineral Bitumen or Gilsonite in some categories by different Ash grades:

 Gilsonite 5% Max., Gilsonite 5-10%, Gilsonite 10-15%, Gilsonite 15-20%, Gilsonite 20-25%

Penetration Bitumen

Penetration Bitumen is a compound obtained from the heaviest cut of crude oil. This black compound is prepared in solid and semi-solid form, with natural origin or produced in oil and gas refineries and will be offered in the consumer market.

This crude oil-derived compound contains a large number of high molecular weight hydrocarbons, asphaltene, resin, heteroatoms and metals such as vanadium, nickel and iron. The most common use of penetration bitumen as this elastic compound is in the construction industry, the production of waterproofing, the production of some chemical compounds and most important use of penetration bitumen in the road and road construction industry, and in combination with sand, as asphalt for repair, renovation and road construction. Oxidized Bitumen

Oxidized bitumen is used for insulation and production due to high temperature. Paraffin

Paraffin is widely used in some industries by different shapes. Faragam company is producing paraffin liquid and paraffin wax. We are manufacturing paraffin liquid cosmetic, paraffin liquid industrial and paraffin liquid edible grade. Also, Faragam company producing paraffin wax in light and heavy grades, paraffin wax 1% oil, paraffin wax 2%, paraffin wax 2-4% by light base and paraffin wax 1-3% , paraffin wax 3-5% and paraffin wax 5-7%. Also, more than paraffin wax, we are producing residue wax or foots oil, which is remain after making paraffin.

Chemical

Chemical Raw Materials supplying by Faragam Petro Tech company as: Caustic Soda Flake and Caustic Soda Liquid for Detergent, Paper, Pharmaceutical, Aluminum, Leather, Food, Oil and Gas industries. Calcium Chloride applying in Food, Drug, Animal Feeding, Poultry, Pigment, metal Soap, dehumidification, Glycerol, Oil and Gas Industries. Calcium Hypochlorite is used to sanitize swimming pools,disinfect drinking water, bathroom cleansers, household disinfectant sprays, algaecides, herbicides and laundry detergents. Sodium Hypochlorite, Used for bleaching, industrial wastewater treatment, pharmaceutical, fine chemicals, sanitation and disinfection in a wide range. Aluminum Sulfate, is used in paper, carton making, water purification, sewage, agricultural and oil industries. Sodium Silicate is widely used in, ceramic and tile industries for glazing, producing detergents, industrial and general cleaners, adhesives, cement and concrete, paint and coating, molding and casting, refractory industries and drilling.

Solvent

Solvent products are applying alone or mixing with other materials for some different aims. Faragam company is supplying Chemical Solvents, such as Ethyl Acetate, Methyl Acetate, Butyl Acetate and other chemical solvents from raw material by the best quality. Our chemical solvents using in Resin, glue, nail polish, paint, ink  and to many industries.

Lubricant

Lubricant materials which are extracting from oil, are mostly used in industries, especially engine oils. Faragam company is supplying base of lubricant oils, such as base oil SN15, SN500, SN650 in virgin and recycle grades. Also, we are producing white oil (paraffin oil) by the best quality which is using as lubricant.
