Gilsonite 0-5% is natural bitumen with a little ash which is producing from Gilsonite lumps. Lumps taking out from mine and forwarding to factory for processing and converting to powder or sorting in specific lump size.

Gilsonite 0-5% General Applications:

Gilsonite 0-5%, using in powder shape by some different mesh size in drilling of oil and gas wells. It is a part of concrete fluid which is injecting into the well. It has role of FLC (Fluid Lost Control) in drilling mud, especially in OBM drilling method. It is also applying in steel making for melting, and using in refractory material making and using for making printing inks.

Packing types

Gilsonite 0-5% using in some industries, by different shapes from lumps to powder in specific and customized size. This powder is offering in 30-40 mesh, 100 mesh, 200 and 300 mesh. So, based on order, our packing in Jumbo bags, 25 kg paper or craft sacks or plastic base 25 kg bags. Also, after packing  in sacks, they are putting on pallet, shrink and strapped, and delivery in the best quality and standard packings.
